Welcome to Your Transformation! In the SoulWork Club, we believe that happiness, power, and grace is an inside job. That’s why we choose to work with the three elements of training, food, and soul. For some, training comes easy whilst the food part gets left unnoticed. Some might eat nourishing food but still lack the energy and power due to incorrect or non-existing training. Last but not least, many of us aren’t used to talking to our soul, checking in and feeling for what we really desire in life, what we yearn for. And this is really the key to long-term success. Connecting to your precious, most beautiful soul and being connected whether you’re training, eating, working or meditating. In Transformation we use all three elements to bring out the most radiant, sharp, strong and empowered YOU!

Let’s dive deeper into what we’ve got planned for you during these 12 weeks:
This program is great for all fitness levels! You can do it anywhere, anytime and choose options that suit your fitness level. We do use equipment and we recommend that you have this at home before you start the program:
- Flex band
- Booty band
- Yoga mat
- Jumping rope (optional)
These 12 weeks will be divided into three phases:
- Discovery (week 1-4)
- Breakthrough (week 4-8)
- Destiny (week 9-12)
Each phase consists of 3 new power workouts and 3 restoring workouts. Our suggestion is that you follow our plan below but it is totally up to you! Remember the best workouts are the ones that get done ;) If you want to add some extra cardio you can do that in the form that suits you best. Perhaps you like running, swimming, power walks, horse riding, dancing or riding your bike. You can add this cardio into your week whenever it suits you best. It is not about restricting food, it’s about ensuring your body is fueled throughout the day so you feel energized, healthy, and get closer to your goals. This plan includes options for vegetarians, vegans, and other special needs and it is easy to plan, make and fit into your daily schedule.

We know from experience that food can be complicated, it's often a short-term comfort and long-term stress. We believe and know that a healthy and fun relationship to food is possible. And we hope that you will be inspired to investigate your own relationship with food, perhaps challenge it, change it, and create a new relationship based on a solid foundation of feeling secure, loved, and enough. That's when food becomes fun and a friend in getting you the results you want!

This element is where SoulWork was born. So many people kept asking:
What’s the quickest way to lose weight? What’s the key to success? How do I get a body like yours? What’s the best way to find my passion?
Well… I don’t know. And neither does anyone else. Except for…YOU! Nobody else knows the answers for you because they don’t know your calling, your family, your story, your deepest delight, your greatest pain, or your longest held desire.
Of course, we want to know how others succeeded. I’m the first one to ask someone, How'd you pull it off? And from what I’ve gathered, their path was rarely a fast track, it was deeply personal, and their expertise came with dedicated soul work.
You are a gorgeous complexity. You have noble preferences, and scars that are sensitive. You have desires. And you are constantly growing, so today’s answer to your question may be too loose or too binding tomorrow. Your situation deserves some deliberation and customization. Here’s the most powerful question (that we too often forget) to ask ourselves when we’re on the hunt for solutions:
“But... what suits me?"
Finding the answer to everything from your health advocacy to relationship pride, how you learn, dress, sing, love, and give, requires courage, the courage to experiment. It’s not as quick as a prescription and you may not win at the approval game, but the freedom and the power will suit you just fine.
Every month we’ll dive deeper into a new area of transformation. You’ll get a video and questions in the Transformation Workbook to play with throughout the month.
We’ll also guide you through workouts that are soul-based in the sense that we focus on the feeling, the sensations and to work in rather than to work out. The body is a great way to connect to your soul!
