You can do it anywhere, anytime and choose options that suit your level of fitness. Progress is 80% what you eat and 20% enhanced by your training routine. That's why I prepared for you my top tips for SoulFood that'll give you the results and energy you are looking for. You probably also know that it’s not enough to KNOW what to eat and how to train (I mean, there’s plenty of free information out there accessible 24/7). It’s about implementing and actually doing it! And that’s where the Soul part comes into the equation and makes this program unique. We’ll carve out the best you from within, from a place of inspiration and joy! Are you ready? Let’s go!

Let’s dive deeper into what I’ve got planned for you during these 21 days:

Training

The program is divided into three phases (can be done anywhere and with no equipment needed):

  • Glow (day 1-7)
  • Beam (day 8-14)
  • Radiate (day 15-21)

Each phase consists of 3 power workouts and 3 recovery sessions (work-ins). My suggestion is that you follow the plan below but it is totally up to! Remember the best workouts are the ones that get done ;) If you want to add some extra cardio you can do that in the form that suits you best. You’ll get my cardio workouts in the workbook. 

Monday: Full Body Workout

Tuesday: Mobility + Cardio

Wednesday: Upper Body Workout

Thursday: Relaxation

Friday: Lower Body Workout

Saturday: Power Yoga

Sunday: SoulSurfing + Cardio

 

Food

It is not about restricting food, it’s about ensuring your body is fueled throughout the day so you feel energized, healthy, and get closer to your goals. You'll receive the General SoulFood Guidelines where you’ll find a sample weekly meal plan, how to clean up your diet instead of doing a detox, snack recipes, and tips for maximizing your results. This guide is suitable for all diets.

I know from experience that food can be complicated, often being short-term comfort and long-term stress. I believe and know, that a healthy and fun relationship with food is possible and hope that you will be inspired to investigate your own relationship to food, perhaps challenge it, change it, and create a new relationship based on a solid foundation of feeling secure, loved, and enough. Then food becomes fun and a friend in getting you the results you want! 


Soul

This element is where SoulWork was born. So many people kept asking:

What’s the quickest way to lose weight? What’s the key to success? How do I get a body like yours? What’s the best way to find my passion?

Well… I don’t know. And neither does anyone else. Except for…YOU! Nobody else knows the answers for you because they don’t know your calling, your family, your story, your deepest delight, your greatest pain, or your longest held desire.

Starting each new week we’ll take a few minutes to set the intention so that you are really clear on what the best version of you feels, looks, and even tastes like. Because when you have this image in your soul, it will inspire you and inspiration is irreversible!

In addition to the workouts and introduction videos, you’ll also find writing and meditation exercises in the workbook. This part of the journey is extremely important to make sure you start each week centered, focused, and inspired!
