Here's the typical scenario: you're sitting at your desk. You start to feel tired, uncomfortable & anxious - but you keep working anyway. More clicking, more typing, and hey - there's a good chance you're handling your phone at the same time, just scrolling along... 

This common techy routine results in a lot of mental & physical health problems - many of which can be addressed with a little bit of soul time! 

So if you spent some time in front of a screen today (ehem...) we encourage you to step away from the digital device, block out 10 uninterrupted minutes & take a seat with a friend, a colleague or simply yourself (meditate, relax, journal or go for a slow walk). We've got a feeling you'll be shocked at how good this break from the digital drama will feel!
