Why we focus on Wellness

When we talk about wellness, what do we mean? For many, wellness is a set of tactics that help to deal with the chaos of our lives. Stiff back? Take a yoga class. Work stress? Meditate and you’ll find zen. But these are short term bandaids — not solutions.  

Our goal with SoulWork Club or is to redefine your idea of wellness from a set of practices to a set of principles, habits, and mindsets that help you show up in every area of your life. We’ll identify and connect you with your purpose, giving you the roadmap to a life where what matters comes first!
