Jag har nog aldrig chillat så mycket som denna jul och nyår. Efter att ha läst boken Sömngåtan av Matthew Walker var jag enormt inspirerad till att inte ställa något larm på mornarna utan istället sova ut - VARJE DAG jag har chansen. Vi lever ju med två små barn men har ändå landat i att vi brukar vakna till liv runt 09 och kliva ur sängen vid 930. I början kliade det i min effektivitets och "fånga dagen" nerv, men som alla vanor så vande jag mig även vid långsamhetens lov. Människan är fantasti…

Idag lever vi i en tid med fokus på HUR vi ska se ut? Varför inte prata om kroppen utifrån vad den kan istället? Så himla mycket mer intressant och vettigt tycker jag.
